Ernesto Llorente joins ADLC as Country Manager for Spain

Ernesto brings more than ten years in the drone industry, and few people know this sector from as many angles.

He led Spain's National Strategic Plan on Civil Drones for the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC), coordinating action across several ministries and authorities, and contributed to the drafting of the country's UAS Royal Decree. He has represented Spain in the forums where this industry's rules are actually written - the AESA Advisory Commission, EUROCAE WG-105, EUSPA - including the Multi-GNSS group under SORA, the methodology every BVLOS authorisation in Europe rests on.

An aerospace engineer with an MBA and years of commercial leadership behind him, he moves easily between regulation and business. In this industry, that combination is rare and it matters.

His arrival is a natural next step in our expansion. After Antwerp and Singapore, Spain and Southern Europe are a region of clear interest for us - and the timing is deliberate. Since obtaining our Light UAS Operator Certificate, including the transport of dangerous goods, we are authorised to run BVLOS cargo drone operations in complex environments.

Ernesto's remit is to build what comes next: the partnerships, the operations and the team that will make ADLC the reference for express industrial air cargo in Spain and beyond.
