The Role

As our first Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Build and support back-end services, working with Node.js (or similar frameworks) to create robust and scalable APIs.
• Rapidly prototype new features and drive them to production, ensuring immediate operational impact.
• Collaborate on-site in Antwerp, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll shape core technology and product decisions.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of programming experience and a proven ability to deliver production-ready code.
• You’re skilled in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and comfortable with at least one other programming language.
• You have a working knowledge of web technologies—REST APIs, databases, cloud services and mobile app development.
• You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You relish fast-paced, evolving start-up environments and enjoy proposing bold technical ideas.
• You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, excited by the opportunity to influence architecture and product direction.

The Role

As our drone operator, you will:

• Operate drones for our logistics services, ensuring safe and efficient transport of goods.
• Perform pre-flight checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed before take-off.
• Monitor drone performance and respond to any technical or environmental challenges in real time.
• Work closely with the operations team to optimize flight routes and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide feedback on operational challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our drone logistics systems.
• Collaborate on-site in Antwerp, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll be responsible for operating multiple drones in the network.

Who You Are

• You have strong situational awareness and can efficiently monitor multiple parameters (e.g., flight status, weather conditions, battery levels) while making quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You thrive in quickly evolving, entrepreneurial settings and are eager to learn new skills
• You are independent, organized and excited to cooperate to help build-out a drone deliver network
• You have an interest in drone logistics and want to solve real-world operational challenges.
• Having a licence to operate drones is a plus (A1-A3, A2 or specific)

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers by ensuring customer satisfaction & aligning with their operational expectations.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration by acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including operations.
• Identify, reach out and attract new customers which could benefit from our solutions, demonstrating how ADLC’s services can enhance their operations.
• Represent ADLC at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance brand awareness.
