The Role
As our first dedicated AI Engineer, you will:
- Design, train, and validate algorithms for operations scheduling.
- Build incident detection and early-warning models.
- Deliver data science outputs—forecasts, simulations, and decision support—directly embedded in our live operations.
- Lead applied AI research: frame the problem, explore data, build optimization/ML models, back-test on history, then assist in deployment and monitoring.
- Work closely on-site with engineering, pilots, and ops to collect ground truth, validate models against reality, and iterate quickly.
Who You Are
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience solving complex optimization and machine learning problems (e.g., MILP/CP-SAT/heuristics/metaheuristics; classical ML and/or deep learning as needed).
- Strong Python skills, especially using data science and optimisation libraries. Other programming experience is a plus.
- Track record of choosing and implementing the right algorithms, and assisting in their deployment with measurable operational impact.
- Data-driven, independent, and decisive.
- Curiosity for applying AI to improve real-world operations.
- Fluent in English;
- Enthusiasm for drones, autonomy, and modern logistics is a clear bonus.

To achieve this, we are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of our commercial projects and demonstration of our drone delivery service in new operational contexts. proactive, solution-oriented professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement, project delivery, operational excellence, and innovation.
The Role
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage commercial and internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners by ensuring project outcomes meet expectations and deliver value.
- Act as the central point of coordination between commercial, operations, and other internal teams, facilitating clear communication and efficient execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee project budgeting and financial tracking & forecasting, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices across future projects.
- Collaborate on-site in Antwerp (as well as in project-related locations), thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll shape the future of logistics.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage complex projects, preferably in aviation-related activities.
- You hold at least a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or in business.
- You’re fluent in English and in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- You relish fast-paced, evolving in entrepreneurial environments and enjoy turning ideas into valuable commercial solutions.
- You’re organised and a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, excited by the opportunity to impact service deployment and development.
- You have an interest in drone logistics and want to solve real-world operational challenges.
- You have a Belgian driver's license for Category B.

To achieve this, we are expanding our team and looking for an aircraft technician to play a key role in our growing drone delivery network. As an aircraft technician at ADLC, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge logistics, helping to shape the future of automated transport. You will work hands-on with our fleet, ensuring seamless operations and safe flights. The Role
As our Aircraft Technician, you will :
- Perform maintenance on drones, including diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ground infrastructure, such as drone hubs, antennas, charging stations, and other support equipment.
- Assist the crew during new project deployments, including support to test new drone models and setting up new delivery routes.
- Support pre-flight checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor drone and equipment performance, responding to technical challenges in real time.
- Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Work on-site in Antwerp (primary) and Sint-Truiden (secondary), as well as in other locations as new routes are developed.
Who You Are
- You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and thrive in a culture where safety is a shared priority.
- You have a technical background (e.g., Aviation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar).
- You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Technology, or you have equivalent hands-on experience in aviation maintenance, preferably in manned aviation or a comparable technical field.
- Experience with drone systems is a strong plus.
- You are fluent in English and in Futch, both written and spoken.
- You are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You enjoy solving real-world technical challenges and learning new tools and systems.
- You have a Belgian driver's license for Category B.
